How to track your order

• Check your confirmation email. When your order ships, the merchant sends a confirmation with your order number and, in most cases, a carrier tracking link.
• Use the tracking link. Click it to see live delivery status from the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx).
• Search your inbox. Can't find the email? Search "Collagen Filler Serum", "South Beach" or "order confirmation", and check spam/promotions.

Typical delivery times

U.S. orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within roughly 5–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Multi-bottle sets ship free within the United States.

Can't find your order?

If you don't have your confirmation or tracking hasn't updated, contact the official merchant's customer support listed on your confirmation or order page. They can locate your order, resend tracking, update your address or help with delivery issues.
